Amed beach is a snorkeling spot in the east of Bali island. The small stones you will found in this beach. No sand, just small black stones. The black stone come from Agung volcano eruption, flow through the river and fulfilled the beach. That’s why this beach is so unique. The calm wave and gentle current makes easy to do underwater photography and snorkeling.

HOW TO GET TO THE LOCATION?
There is no public transport to get there.
*) For backpacker i recommend you to rent a scooter to reach this beach and use google maps as your navigator.
**) You can go to Gili island from this beach. Pay only IDR 200K for one way trip.
***) Since September 23rd, 2017 Amed beach closed due to Mt Agung activities.
