*) Unfortunately you have take a tour before you drink the coffee. The tour ticket is IDR 100K, including shopping voucher/coffee voucher worth value of IDR 50K.

**) They combined a cosmetics tour and coffee tour which is weird combination. But, the secret garden and the coffee was worth a try.

There is no direct public transport to get there. You have to take multiple public transport to reach this place.

From UBUD :
No public transport to reach this place.

From KUTA :
Please to reach Kuta Central Parking first – Then, find Mini/Micro Bus or Angkot/Bemo.
Then take a Mini/Micro Bus at Kuta Central Parking – Stop at Tegal Sari Mini/Micro Bus Station.
Then take a Bemo (Angkot) at Tegal Sari – Stop at Ubung Mini/Micro Bus Station.
Then take a Mini/Micro Bus to Bedugul at Ubung – Stop at Secret Garden Village.

  • Fee: IDR 15K + IDR 15K + IDR 20K
  • Timetable: No.

From Ngurah Rai Airport :
Please to reach Ngurah Rai International Gate first – Then, find Trans SARBAGITA Bus Shelter/Halte.
Then take a Trans  SARBAGITA Bus Corridor 2 – Stop at Kuta Central Parking.
Then take a Mini/Micro Bus at Kuta Central Parking – Stop at Tegal Sari Mini/Micro Bus Station.
Then take a Bemo (Angkot) at Tegal Sari – Stop at Ubung Mini/Micro Bus Station.
Then take a Mini/Micro Bus to Bedugul at Ubung – Stop at Secret Garden Village.

Please to reach Tegal Sari Mini/Micro Bus Station first.

More information about Bali public transportation system:

– Trans Sarbagita Bus Stop/Shelter/Halte.
– Ubung Micro/Mini Bus Station.
– Tegal Sari Micro/Mini Bus Station.

*) It’s really not efficient trip using public transport in Bali. Waste your time, energy and money. There is no fixed price in Bali transportation system, except Trans Sarbagita. If the passenger full loaded you will get the price above, but if quiet (little) passenger you will pay more expensive. Seems they applied operational cost basis since the public transport not so popular today (quiet).

**) For backpacker i recommend you to rent a scooter to reach this place and use google map as your navigator.

***) You can not use Go-jek or Grab transport because the distance so far and it’s hard for them to find other passenger on the way back.

*) Unlike other, this coffee shop offering Coffee tasting session. They provide many kind of Indonesian coffee. Unfortunately, it’s plain coffee. I think better if they serving it in hot or warm.

*) This coffee shop offering many things such as cosmetics tour, coffee tour, secret garden landscape and rice terrace view. This coffee shop located in a beautiful architecture building with nice park and nice ponds.

**) You can combine visit this place with other destinations such as Ulun Danu Beratan temple or Jatiluwih rice terrace. Otherwise, you can visit their branches in Ubud and Kuta.

    The Secret Garden seems very commercial, like the entire centre is a vehicle to sell cosmetics, coffee and merchandise. The tour was not so informative about the history of coffee cultivation in Indonesia. I would have appreciated more information. The setting is very beautiful, striking contemporary architecture with zenlike ponds, koi carp and a tranquil outlook into rice paddies.
