More information about Bali public transportation system:

– Trans Sarbagita Bus Stop/Shelter/Halte.
– Ubung Micro/Mini Bus Station.
– Tegal Sari Micro/Mini Bus Station.

*) It’s really not efficient trip using public transport in Bali. Waste your time, energy and money. There is no fixed price in Bali transportation system, except Trans Sarbagita. If the passenger full loaded you will get the price above, but if quiet (little) passenger you will pay more expensive. Seems they applied operational cost basis since the public transport not so popular today (quiet).

**) For backpacker i recommend you to rent a scooter to reach this place and use google map as your navigator.

***) You can not use Go-jek or Grab transport because the distance so far and it’s hard for them to find other passenger on the way back.

Jatiluwih is very beautiful with a pleasant cool climate. The 40,000R entry fee is perhaps a bit expensive, when the rice terraces near Ubud are only 10,000R and in many places around Lombok and Java you can see rice terraces for free. However the area is immaculately clean and very well maintained with smooth well lit paths going through the rice terraces so Jatiluwih is a good option for older people and those who are mobility challenged.

Yes, i agree it’s a little bit expensive compare to Ubud rice terrace.
      But, offering different landscape view.
Here it more open, wide and has mountains view.
Thank you for shared your opinion about Jatiluwih.
