– All Details to Know About Free Yoga Class in Bali –

Besides well-known as touristic island such as many nice beaches, mounts and culture, Bali is a gold mine of Yoga business that grow as fast as tourist number. Many yoga classes, health retreats and vegan restaurant popping up in Ubud and other area.

So if you’re beginner and want to discover yoga, here the places in Bali that offering free Yoga classes:

1. MORNING YOGA AT SANUR BEACH

Sanur beach located in the east Denpasar known as Sunrise beach. It has beautiful sunrise view with calm wave and white sand. It’s good idea if you combine this activity with free yoga class.

Facing the ocean with pure and fresh air, it’s the perfect place to do Yoga in the morning.

2. MORNING YOGA AT NITI MANDALA PARK, RENON, DENPASAR

If you don’t want to go far to the beach, you can do free yoga at Denpasar city, Renon area located at Niti Mandala park exactly.

Fresh air in the morning and the smell of the grass tempting you to do yoga here.

Also the morning sunshine good to make vitamin D in your body.

*) It’s held in the northeast (corner) of Niti Mandala park (Puputan Renon park), near the Banyan tree.

3. AFTERNOON YOGA AT NITI MANDALA PARK, RENON, DENPASAR

If you have problem wake up in the early morning or you don’t have time in the morning, you can do free yoga in the afternoon  at Niti Mandala park (Puputan Renon park).

It’s huge park for people do some exercise such as running, football, softball, volley, yoga, etc.

Sometime just a few people to do Yoga in here. But, sometime full of participants. Even not just local people who do yoga, foreigner also do yoga in here.

*) It’s held in the east of Bajra Sandhi monument.

**) Info: All the free yoga class will be closed on Indonesian holiday or Hindu holy day (ceremony).

***) Update info: Today Sanur beach have free Yoga class in the afternoon (4.30 PM – 6.00 PM) on Monday – Friday. So, i add one more from the list.

4. AFTERNOON YOGA AT SANUR BEACH

It held in the same place like Sanur Morning Yoga. It located in the end of Pantai Karang street. Near the small gazebo on the beach.

      Hi,
      I don’t understand the meaning of “effective for beginner”.
      Well, i think it’s a good place to know and trying Yoga since it’s free.
      Especially for people who never doing Yoga.
      So, nothing to loose to try.
